Everybody has a reason they join drum corps. Whether it's because of a relative/sibling, coach, director...the list goes on and on! Behind every member is a story.

Every year, the DCI community is treated to so many great shows from top to bottom of placement. Each day fewer corps perform and only the top 12 are able to play in finals competition. While those are scored by the judges as being the best of the best, there are still plenty of great shows that didn't make the cut. Here are a few of the top shows that weren't able to make finals. 

After another long day of performances yesterday, DCI's semifinals have finally come to a close and our top 12 corps are now preparing for their finals performances tonight. Can you believe we are about to enter the final week of the 2019 Drum Corps International season?

We're just about one week out from drum corps' biggest weekend: the 2019  DCI World Championships. This year's final three shows will again be streaming live from Lucas Oil  Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

As the first show to kick-off 'regional season' for drum corps, the Southwestern Championship is known to be the first show where we're able to see every single corps with the same panel at the same show. While we were lucky enough with several incredible shows during the week as a preview for what was to come, nothing could prepare us for what went down. There's a LOT of close scores to keep an eye on these next few weeks, but here are the close ones right off the cuff:
