Congratulations to Scholastic A gold medalist Dobyns-Bennett and Independent A medalist Pacificaires on bringing home championship titles!
Dobyns-Bennett took Scholastic A with a score of 98.915, while Clear Brook (95.765) and Franklin (95.650) grabbed the Silver and Bronze Medals.
Finishing behind Pacficaires' top score of 95.545, The Magnolia Project (95.095) and Purdue University (94.270) took Silver and Bronze in Independent A.
While A Class competition reached its conclusion Friday, there’s still plenty of action left, with more than 60 performances scheduled for Saturday’s Open and World Class Finals.
In Independent World, Paramount took home the top score for the second day in a row, tallying 96.900. Blessed Sacrament (96.200) and Pride of Cincinnati (95.400) held serve in their respective overall placements from Thursday’s Prelims. Pride of Cincinnati’s slim lead over Paramount increased slightly, from 0.4 points Thursday to 0.7 points Friday.
Fusion Winterguard (93.400) — a quick riser across three years of World Class competition which jumped into the Top 10 last season — snagged fourth place in Semis, holding a lead of 0.5 points over fifth-place Onyx (92.900).

All the way from the United Kingdom, Mayflower (83.700) also snagged the 15th and final spot in Independent World Finals.
Carmel kept its strong overall lead in Scholastic World, scoring 95.900. Its advantage over second-place Tarpon Springs was cut nearly in half from Thursday, with the Florida guard just 0.8 points back at 95.100. The Woodlands (94.000) moved into a solid third place in the race for medalist positions, while Avon (92.900) scored just over a point outside the top three.

It’s still anybody’s guess in Independent and Scholastic Open classes, as both were split across four rounds, as opposed to the World Class competitors, whose Friday performances were each grouped into one, all-class round.
The top Independent Open score came from Vox Artium (95.900), which kept its close lead from Thursday intact with Etude Open (95.400) close behind. Somerset Academy (97.900) once again fended off Mt. Carmel (96.800) and Milford (95.900) among the top Scholastic Open spots.
With that, we wave a jam-packed Friday goodbye!
Now, the focus shifts to Saturday, and it’s all about Finals competition at UD Arena, with Open Class Finals set to begin at 9:00 a.m. ET and World Class Finals scheduled for 5:00 p.m. ET.
