Wakeland High School - On Reflection

Wakeland HS is from Frisco, Texas.

Our program, a setting of Philip Glass' "Mad Rush" by Thibault Cauvin, is an introspective piece. Lost in the thoughts and feelings of The Girl In Yellow, she seeks change and expression, rallied and encouraged by the passersby (the ensemble). Yet despite The Girl in Yellows best efforts to keep their attention, the ensemble leaves, distracted by a new thing or idea.
