Flower Mound Carries Conversation Back To Square One
Flower Mound guard director William Martin tells his performers that their show, Back To Square One, is all about energy. Each time they move on to a new competition or venue, guard members from the North Texas high school are encouraged to create their own rapport to keep their performance fresh.
While it's important to maintain their technique, it's also crucial to have fun with their fellow performers. These interactions include winking, smiling, and even talking to each other during the show. At the WGI Southwest Color Guard Power Regional, that infectious energy carried over to the crowd and could be felt throughout the arena.
