Nixa High School
Nixa High School nVision Winter Guard, from Nixa, Missouri, is a part of the Nixa Band program which encompasses over 500 students from the Grades 6 - 12. The Nixa High School Crimson Corps is a 250-piece marching band that performs at marching contests both regionally and nationally, and participates in Bands of America Regional Championships. In 2021, they made their first appearance at the BOA Grand National Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium. The 36-member color guard during the fall season becomes the nVision Winter Guard for the winter season, and participates in both the Mid-Continent Color Guard Association and Winter Guard International. They are a multiple-time finalist at the WGI Kansas City Regional. Nixa also has a winter guard at the junior high level called nSpire, which has been featured in the WGI Focus. Guard Director is John Sullivan, and the Guard Staff includes: Anita Newlan, Shawan Patach, Alyson Rose, and Caitlyn Neely. Director of Bands is Craig Finger, and the Assistant Band Directors include: Kirby Spayde, Kim Martin, Mary Duerkop, and Erika O'Bryant.
