(GAME)DAY IN THE LIFE is a brand new series on FloMarching that gives viewers a look at what it's like to march in some of the biggest college programs in the U.S. New episodes are going to be dropped two times a month and will feature different college marching band programs around the nation.

Years with the SUMB: 5 full seasons

Why I wanted to join the SUMB media team: As an alumna of Syracuse University, I wanted to find a way to stay connected to campus. Through some luck and help from a friend of mine who was a grad assistant at SU, I got in touch with the amazing director of the SUMB, Dr. Timothy Diem, and he gave me the opportunity to work with the band! 

Favorite memory: The entirety of the 2019 season was a lot of fun for me. The football team was decent and all of the grad assistants and members that season were extremely welcoming and fun to spend time with, both at games and outside of them. We had a great season together, and while the GAs have gone on to do amazing jobs at various high schools and universities across the nation, I'm very thankful for their continued friendship and all the memories we made together.
