2018 BOA South Texas Regional: How To Watch, Time, & Live Stream
With almost half of the bands going to the San Antonio Super, things are about to get heated down in McAllen for the BOA South Texas regional!
Twelve of the nearly thirty groups attending this year's BOA South Texas Regional will be heading to San Antonio for the Texas marching band mega-contest known as the BOA San Antonio Super Regional.
Groups like Roma (TX), Claudia Taylor Johnson (TX) and Pioneer (TX) will be aiming especially high for their first competition of the season as they strive towards perfection.
In 2017, Roma and Pioneer earned the second and third place spots in finals, setting high expectations for the groups going into 2018.
Prelims will kick off bright and early at 7:30 AM CT with Gladys Porter (TX), followed by Rio Grande City (TX), and Homer Hanna (TX)—a group that finished in the top half of finals at the same show last year.
Prelims awards take place at 5 PM CT and after a break, will quickly ramp up into the most exciting part of the night: finals. 7:45 PM CT marks the first performance time of the finalists and things should wrap up around 10:15 PM CT, with scores being announced at 10:30 PM CT.
