1. "Dante's Inferno", Northmont High School 1997. It's been 20 years and we're still freaked out from the first time we saw this! 

2. "Methods of Madness", Blue Devils 2000. Bernard Hermann's "Psycho Suite" instantly transports you the the classic horror of Alfred Hitchcock. 

3. "Immortal", Cavaliers 2014. Soul sucking vampires are certainly Halloween spooky. 

4. "Drum Corpse Bride", Academy 2016. Fun and spooky, this has us in the Halloween spirit. 

5. "The Zone: Dreamscapes in Four Parts with a Door", Cadets 2005. Multi-dimensional twilight zone in which a character sees multiple versions of herself? Yes, Spooky. 

6. "The Miss Havisham Effect", Juxtaposition 2017. Is she dead? Is she alive? Ms. Havisham was famously left at the alter in Dickens' "Great Expectations" and spent the rest of her life in her wedding dress. 

7. "The Uninvited", Pulse 2017. A house full of spirits is pretty spooky. Even spookier is the question both designers posed: just who is the uninvited in this show? 

8. "All Hallow's Eve", Cedar Park 2016. A hauntingly brilliant portrayal of many different aspects of Halloween. 

9. "Pins & Needles", Minnesota Brass 2017. A clever look at different aspects of Voodoo has us feeling pretty spooked. 

10. "Pathway of Remembrance", Caballeros 2017. A show about honoring dead ancestors - both moving and spooky.
