The first week of June means corps are beginning to perform in public for the first time, revealing highly demanded information about their show music, uniforms, and show titles. Here's a quick look at the biggest news coming out of the DCI world this weekend.

FREE Spring Training Finale Stream

Most notably, we will be streaming the 2017 DCI Spring Training Finale for ​FREE​ here on FloMarching.  The free stream will include the Cavaliers and Blue Stars performing their 2017 productions before heading out on the road for tour. In order to watch, all you have to do is sign up with an email address and your name.

Phantom Regiment...

Finally revealed their show music and even the original uniform design from Fred J. Miller. You can find out their full source music here. They performed in a parade for the public in an "incomplete" version of their uniforms, at the Leaf River Summer Daze Festival, on Sunday, June 4. If you're in the Northern Illinois area, they will be performing their show for the public on Tuesday, June 6. You can find more info on their website. 

The Cavaliers...

Released their full show repertoire. Their 2017 production, "Men Are From Mars," will include a few pieces many avid drum corps fans are familiar with such as "Mars, the Bringer of War" by Gustav Holst and "Fanfare for the Common Man," composed by Aaron Copland. The Cavaliers will be performing their full show on our free stream of the 2017 DCI Spring Training Finale.

The Cadets...

Made their move from Johnstown, PA, to Ada, Ohio, where they will spend the rest of their time in spring training until they meet the Bluecoats and Carolina Crown in Indianapolis for the DCI Tour Premiere. The Cadets performed for Johnstown as a way to say "thank you" for hosting the corps over the last three weeks. Watch The Cadets on FloMarching on July 15 at the Northern Illinois Tour of Champions show.

The Colts'...

Bass line was found quietly throwing down like no other, including a little flair from its top bass player. Thanks to Ben Pyles, the Colts' percussion caption head, for catching this great moment. The corps also revealed their brand-new uniforms for their 2017 production, "Both Sides Now." You can watch the Colts here on FloMarching at DCI Central Texas on July 20.
