In the third contest of the day, the Clarksville Regional finishes off this weekend's triple header for Bands of America. With contests in Austin, Texas and Dayton, Ohio already running, Clarksville will kick off at 8:45 AM (All times CST) and will not let up until final awards are passed out at 10:45 PM. With 20 bands competing at Austin Peay State University, the Clarksville Regional should provide plenty of fireworks and great shows.

Daviess County H.S. (9:45 AM) gets things kicked off for the first block of bands. The first block will include the three-time state champion DeSoto Central band as it makes the journey from Mississippi.

Getting things going in the middle block of performances is the Ravenwood band at 12:15 PM. Look out for Ravenwood to continue its success as the band was one of the finalists from last year's contest. Defending A Class champion Adair County will perform at 12:30 PM. Adair County was also a finalist last year and finished seventh overall. The 2015 Clarksville Regional bronze medalist Franklin will take the field at 1:30 PM. Franklin will look to continue its national rise as it has finished runner-up in the Class AAA division at BOA Grand Nationals in 2012, 2013, and 2015. 

Last year's silver medalists Castle will highlight the last preliminary block at 3:15 PM. The 2005 Indiana state champion band took the awards for Outstanding Music and GE in prelims last year in the AAA division. Castle went on to finish just a half-point behind O'Fallon Township in finals. Castle is no stranger to winning a BOA Regional. In 2014, it was the Louisville Regional grand champion. 

Preliminary awards will be issued at 4:30 PM and then finalists will be announced shortly after. Make sure you are checking back for updates as the day progresses. Finals will get started at 7:15 PM and then the finale will be held at 10:45 PM.
