Troopers Legacy Corps wish you Happy Holidays

'Tis the season to remember family and friends as we reflect on the positive happenings of this past year. Which brings us to reflect on a very festive holiday event the Troopers Legacy Corps shared with the Troopers A Corps this past June 26th of 2024, Troopmas!

The Legacy Corps went to TroopCon in Casper for a multi-day celebration. It was full of events, history, a red carpet event, energizing musical performances, and Troopmas. Troopmas, what is that you ask? It is a holiday celebration held in June for the members of the A Corps who are not normally together during the holiday season. This year the Legacy Corps made it extra special for the hard working A Corps members by performing holiday tunes for them as well as handing out jingle bells and Trooper stockings full of gifts. It was a fun way to send them off on their summer journey of competitions culminating with a trip to the DCI finals.

As you spend time with friends and family this season, remember what a great family the members of Drum Corps have been, and no matter your age that will stay with you forever. Perhaps your New Year’s resolution should be to join the Troopers Legacy Corps and relive the drum corps years. You are never too old! Become a performing member, a volunteer, or a supporter.
