The DCI World Championship 2024   ended in thrilling fashion and named a new list of caption winners on Aug. 10

While every corps strives for the main prize, they can also earn a title for specific categories such as best brass, percussion and guard. Additionally, corps can be recognized for best general effect and visual performance.

When a corps wins one of the categories, they are called "caption winners." 

While these are not the championship title, winning one of these categories is still one of the most prestiges things to win in the DCI season.
