Avon High School Color Guard Schedule At WGI World Championships 2024
Avon High School has the highest score entering the 2024 WGI Guard World Championships. Here's when they compete this week.
Avon High School from Avon, Ind. returns to the WGI World Championships in 2024 with hopes of taking home a championship after finishing third last season in the Scholastic World championship division.
Avon finished behind Carmel High School of Carmel, Ind. and Tarpon Springs High School of Tarpon Springs, Fla. in the Scholastic World Championships. Avon finished with a score of 94.400 in the finals as Carmel won title with a score of 96.550.

Avon arrives at the WGI Guard World Championship with the highest score in the Scholastic World division of 94.05.
The event will take place in Dayton and surrounding Southwest Ohio areas as teams from around country in both high school and independent divisions perform for championships this weekend.
One of the biggest events on the WGI schedule and the culmination of season that began on Feb. 9, the World Championships start with some of the most talented guard teams in the country performing.
